From its outset, LandMar has supported organizations and causes that champion the lives of children. In 1998, Ed Burr founded the Monique Burr Foundation for Children to honor the memory of his late wife, a passionate advocate of children in Northeast Florida. Since then, LandMar has partnered with The Foundation to further its mission of bringing hope to the lives of abused and neglected children. Today, The Foundation is expanding its mission beyond Jacksonville to include chapters in other regions of Florida and Southeast Georgia.

LandMar is committed to supporting the growth of The Foundation and contributes to its mission in a variety of ways. The statistics of child abuse and neglect are staggering and the needs are great.
